II. Return and Exchange Process
Please begin by contacting filacouture.com via our Customer Service email to submit your return or exchange request. You must provide the following information:
Order number;
Photos of the item(s);
A description of the issue.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, filacouture.com will provide detailed instructions for the return.
Customers are required to ship the item(s) back to the designated return address as instructed. Packages returned without prior confirmation may not be processed.
Upon receiving the returned item(s) and completing our inspection, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
III. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item(s) have passed inspection, filacouture.com will typically complete the refund processing within 3–7 business days.
The refund will be issued back to your original payment account.
The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the processing times of your bank or payment provider.
IV. Exchange Information
If you wish to request an exchange, please contact Customer Service to verify product availability. If the desired item is currently out of stock, you may choose to:
Exchange it for a different item;
Request a refund instead.
